New SuperNovas Coach!

Hi RTCC Family,

We have some exciting news to share with you regarding an addition to our coaching staff that we believe will greatly benefit our RTCC SuperNovas team.

After careful consideration and with the aim of providing the best possible support and training for our young athletes, we have decided to bring in a new coach exclusively dedicated to the RTCC SuperNovas Team.  This strategic change to have each of our coaches dedicated 100% to their respective teams will undoubtedly be a significant step towards a successful season.

Coach Shawn, who has been instrumental in our program's growth, will now be exclusively supporting the Starlites team, in partnership with Coach Lisa. We are pleased that she will also be available for consultation when needed.  Her experience and guidance will continue to be a valuable resource for our organization.  We are truly thankful for Coach Shawn's dedication and contributions to our program, and we look forward to her continued support in this new capacity.

With that said, I am very excited to introduce you to our new coach, Jessica Sherman.  Jessica will be 100% dedicated to SuperNovas team in partnership with Coach Kristy.  Her passion for the sport and her commitment to the growth and development of our young athletes align perfectly with the values and goals of RTCC.  Jessica will officially join the coaching staff starting Tuesday October 3rd, where she will be meeting our cheerleaders at practice.  Attached is an introduction letter from Coach Jessica along with a photo.
